Art Nouveau sculptures by Emmanuel Villanis (1858 - 1914)

Villanis worked in France and began exhibiting at the salon in 1896. Strongly influenced by Art Nouveau, he produced inumerable works mostly representing feminine figures. The majority were cast in bronze and in various tinted metals, often in many dimensions, and indeed in many versions.
