An excellent mid 19th Century French bronze study of a doe and deer within a naturalistic landscape with excellent autumnal (black, green, brown and orange) patination and fine hand chased surface detail. Signed, inscribed F Barbedienne Fondeur and with the rare gold 'FB' seal.
